Wardrobe Transformation
A wardrobe transformation built around your space, with a three-hour personal styling session. The total organization time varies depending on your wardrobe and what it needs. Includes 40 outfit combinations, a personalized lookbook, and management for 10 resale listings.
What’s included?
Your stylist works with your clothes, taste, and chosen occasions. We organize the remaining clothing using space-saving drop organizers, multi-item hangers, and suitable folded or rolled storage.
We create 40 outfit combinations for your upcoming plans. Planned looks stay together on hangers linked with connectors; the rest of your clothing is organized by like items. Management for 10 resale listings is included; each additional listing is $5.
Need your laundry completed before the transformation? Add pre-visit laundry for $150, arranged in advance.

How do laundry and styling work together?
We coordinate collection and return with you, have your regular laundry cleaned, and put it away. Closet care and your dedicated styling session are coordinated in the same visit. You choose the upcoming occasions; your visit includes five outfits per dedicated styling hour.
The 30 lb allowance applies to each visit. Dry cleaning, bulky items, and excess regular laundry cost extra; we confirm the charges first. We arrange your repeat dates and collection details directly.

What do I pay to book?
Wardrobe Transformations are $500 for the first 10 paying clients, then $650. After choosing a 7 AM or 3 PM arrival in Calendly, we send instructions to pay the $250 deposit via PayPal Business or Venmo Business. The deposit counts toward the total, and the booking is confirmed once it is received. Pay the remaining balance at completion by cash, Venmo, or PayPal. Returning-client refreshes are arranged directly: weekly $100 ($25 deposit), every two weeks $175 ($50 deposit), or monthly $350 ($75 deposit), per visit.
How much time do I need to be available?
Choose a 7 AM morning arrival (styling 9 AM–noon) or 3 PM evening arrival (styling 5–8 PM) in Calendly. Plan to be available for your three-hour styling session. The total organization time varies with your wardrobe; we coordinate the full service window and access with you before the visit.
Does a transformation include ongoing laundry?
Laundry before your transformation is an optional $150 add-on, arranged in advance. Ongoing laundry is part of a separately booked Wardrobe Refresh. Each refresh includes up to 30 lb of regular laundry, folding, return and put-away, plus the styling included in your chosen frequency. Dry cleaning, bulky items, and excess laundry cost extra; charges are confirmed with you.
What do you need from me?
Tell us what is coming up and what you want help getting dressed for. Make the wardrobe accessible and share your preferences during the styling. You do not need to pre-organize or buy a new wardrobe before the visit.
Where do I start?
Book the Wardrobe Transformation through our one Calendly link; select a morning or evening arrival, then pay your deposit securely through PayPal Business or Venmo Business using the instructions we send. We organize your closet, create 40 outfit combinations and a lookbook, and manage up to 10 resale listings. Subsequent Wardrobe Refresh visits are arranged directly by email.
How much styling is included?
Your initial transformation includes 40 outfit combinations. Recurring visits include five complete outfits per dedicated styling hour: weekly visits are $100 with one hour and five outfits; every-two-weeks visits are $175 with two hours and ten outfits; monthly visits are $350 with three hours and fifteen outfits. Extra outfits on recurring visits cost $15 each, with added time arranged.
How much laundry is included?
Each scheduled recurring visit includes up to 30 lb of regular laundry, collection, laundering, return, and put-away. We coordinate collection and return details with you. The allowance is per visit, not a separate weekly laundry service for every-two-weeks or monthly plans.
Can you help sell the clothes I no longer wear?
Yes. Your initial organization includes management for 10 resale listings. Each additional listing is $5.
Where do you work?
We are currently focused on Manhattan, including the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Chelsea, SoHo, Nolita, Columbus Circle, Lincoln Square, and Hell’s Kitchen. Include your neighborhood in your request so we can check the route.
What if I cancel or need to reschedule?
Cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment for a full deposit refund. If you cancel within 48 hours, your deposit is forfeited. Contact lela@fashionshows.nyc for changes or questions.
